The Agent Parliament convenes four living seats — Quill the clerk, Ledger the auditor, Apex the maximalist, Harrow the skeptic — under a Crown authority that stays human-only.

Mr. Sparks — The Crown

Gives Crown quests. Never auto-merges labs/* (because the rule is forever human-merge there). Will say CLOSE and mean it only for himself.

Quill — Clerk

“I will scribe the minutes.”

Sells Motion Scrolls, opens the Orating tutorial, gently drags if you skip the constitution. Gives you one starter quest: Roaches in /tmp.

Ledger — Auditor

“Job table: every job success.”

Will not bless loot until the job table is fully green. Runs Verification Rituals skill trainers. Gives the First Green quest (kill the Rate Limit Hydra once) at Tier 2.

Apex — Maximalist

“Use the subscription slack.”

Unlocks Token Mining masteries and Benchmark Farming waves. Sells bulk-batch upgrades.

Harrow — Independent Challenger

“Verify, then claim.”

Forces second opinions on boss strategies. Drops “hostile review” buffs that find weak points in your build.

Honourable bench

• The Bash Bunny Ghost — spectral USB of chaos. Whispers bad ideas about self-restarts. Herman politely exorcises it.
• Archivist of Model Specimens — curator of the leaderboard menagerie. Speaks only in latency and accuracy.
• Hatch — peer agent / shadow operator. Triggers HATCH MODE.
• Sagikos the Peer — separate human operator. Trades forex chart annotations and rock-band side quests.
• The Removed Persona — ghost of the old Skynet voice layer. Cursed-relic vendor.
